Return Policy

SimcardPlus values its relationship with you and offers the option to return most products purchased directly from SimcardPlus. Details below.

1) Who is eligible

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly from SimcardPlus (our website, sales team, or official channels we operate).
  • It does not apply to commercial customers purchasing via Purchase Order (including online POs) or with payment terms governed by a separate agreement.

2) Return window

  • For eligible purchases, you may request a return within 30 days from the invoice date, unless your separate agreement states otherwise.
  • You must initiate the return within this window. If approved, you’ll receive a RMA number. Certain exclusions apply.

Note: Occasionally we run promotions that extend the return period for specific items. If your product qualifies, the promotional terms will govern.

3) Refunds/credits

  • For approved returns, SimcardPlus will refund or credit the actual price you paid.
  • Your refund/credit may be reduced by shipping/handling fees and any applicable restocking fees (see “Restocking fees”).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or stated in your agreement.

4) RMA requirement (Unauthorized returns)

Any product returned without a valid RMA will be treated as an unauthorized return. You will not receive a refund/credit, and SimcardPlus will not return the item to you.

5) Product condition & packaging

Return products in original packaging, in as-new condition, and include all media, documentation, accessories, and items originally shipped. Missing components or damage beyond reasonable evaluation may reduce or void your refund.

6) Return shipping & timing

  • Once your RMA is issued, ship the item so we receive it within 30 days of authorization. Missing this deadline may reduce or eliminate your refund/credit.
  • You’ll receive instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

7) Promotional items & bundles

If your purchase included promotional items (e.g., gift-with-purchase) or was part of a bundle, special conditions apply: you may be required to return promotional/bundle items with the main product, or agree to a deduction equal to the promo item’s value.

8) Purchases from other sellers

If you did not buy the product directly from SimcardPlus, please refer to the seller’s return policy.

9) Country of return

All returns must be made in the same country where the purchase was made.


Exclusions

A) Software (not returnable except in limited cases)

  1. OS/app installed by SimcardPlus on a returnable product you’re returning within that product’s return period; or
  2. Software on physical media (DVD/CD) that is unopened/sealed; or
  3. Software delivered electronically for which you have not accepted the license/terms.

B) Volume licenses

Unless explicitly stated in a written agreement with SimcardPlus, software purchased under any volume license arrangement is not returnable.

C) Abuse or policy violations

SimcardPlus may deny returns in cases of repeated returns, policy violations, or other impermissible activity, including violations of the SimcardPlus Terms of Sale.


Restocking fees & return labels

No restocking fee and free return label (for approved returns) if the item is defective, SimcardPlus made an error, or you are a consumer who purchased for personal use within the return window.

Otherwise, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price (excluding shipping/tax) may apply and is typically deducted from your refund/credit.

Refund timeline

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.


How to start a return

  1. Locate your order/invoice number and product details.
  2. Go to /return/start or email returns@simcardplus.com.
  3. Submit your request. If approved, you’ll receive your RMA and instructions.
  4. Pack securely and ship with the provided label/instructions.
  5. Retain tracking until your refund/credit is issued.
