SimcardPlus Limited Warranty

Warranty coverage and service

1) Warranty Coverage (Company Statement)

SimcardPlus warrants that eligible hardware products purchased directly from SimcardPlus or authorized resellers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original invoice date.

During the warranty period, SimcardPlus will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product or part at no additional cost to the customer, subject to the conditions below.

How to obtain service

  1. Contact warranty@simcardplus.com or start a claim via /warranty/claim.
  2. Provide your invoice/order number and product details.
  3. If approved, you will receive an RMA and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the product in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  5. We typically process claims within 5–10 business days after receipt & inspection.

2) Special Terms for Refurbished or Used Products

Products sold as refurbished or used carry a 90-day limited warranty unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of sale. Refurbished products are still protected under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws.

3) Legal Rights and Disclaimers

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

California Residents

Under the California Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, consumer products automatically include an implied warranty of merchantability lasting no less than one year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not replace, limit, or exclude those rights.

Federal Law

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, this warranty must be clearly written and made available prior to purchase. SimcardPlus complies with these requirements.
